To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions need to be met:
1. Product was purchased in the past 30 days.
2. Product must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
If these conditions are met please email email@example.com and place the word 'Return' in the subject. Please then state the reason for your return/exchange.
Customers are required to cover the cost of shipping to our address.
Born Resilient will then ship the requested exchanges back to your address FREE of charge.
We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item, and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment (This can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days).
- Orders are shipped with Canada Post
- All sale items are eligible for exchange only
- Online refunds can only be processed by the original method of payment
- Once the product(s) have been received and verified, the credit card used during original purchase will be refunded for the cost of products NOT including shipping
- If we do not have the desired exchange product we can offer a store credit via gift card
- We do not offer compensation for items lost or damaged in return shipping
